FAQ for Intensive Treatment Mask

1. How do I use a sheet mask?
Tear open the pouch and remove the mask. Unfold it carefully. Position the mask over your face so that the eye, nose, and mouth holes line up, and make adjustments as necessary so that it fits.

2. How long should I keep the mask on?
Keep the mask on for about 25 - 30 minutes, until skin has absorbed the nutrients from the mask and never for longer than 35 minutes. Leaving sheet masks on until they dry out will actually cause a reversal effect as the sheet will begin to reabsorb the moisture from the skin. After you remove the mask, clean your face again with cleansing water and apply your skincare to your face.

3.How often should I use sheet masks?
As often as you like! Highly recommended to apply after a facial treatment. At least twice a week for intensive repair the skin quickly and to look healthier it feels from day to day.

If your skin is generally sensitive or reactive, and you’re not sure what ingredients set it off, don’t try any new sheet masks within one to two weeks of a special event. Additionally, if your skin is currently having a breakout or reaction, don’t use any unfamiliar masks. Stick to the ones you’ve used before and know for sure to calm your skin without irritation.

5. When should I sheet mask?
Sheet masks are great to use at night or in the morning before applying makeup. We recommend using sheet masks that are creamier and richer in essence at night so all of the nutrients can sink in while you are sleeping.

6. What should I do with the extra essence?
Don’t throw it away! The leftover essence can be used all over the arms, neck, elbows, and knees for extra moisture and nourishment.
